5.2 Withdrawals

9. Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 Operator Rights
Superace88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe

- A legal or regulatory requirement to do so

In cases of account termination for Terms violations, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the player’s nominated payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
9.2 Player-Initiated Closure

10. Intellectual Property

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 12 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
The operation of Superace88 is subject to all applicable PAGCOR regulations and Philippine gaming legislation.
14. Changes to Terms
